Our TSS staff is Mac, Dell, and HP certified, and are available to work on any NMSU affiliated devices including computers, printers, tablets, and peripherals.  We are located in the NEW Hardman Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center in Room 118.

Our Helpdesk staff can assist users of the NMSU Community with various problems with support for many common software and desktop computer issues, including network connection problems and Blackboard and myNMSU support.  The Helpdesk is located in Hardman Jacobs 105.
